While I'm waiting for an answer to the above here's one entry. If we are allowed more than one entry I've got another I'd quite like to put up too.

This ones called 'Autumn berries after the rain'.

Hi. Here's my entry this week and will hopefully receive more than my 'nil points' from the last one I entered in the comp. Hope you like it.

My submission this week: "Even the conker's gone"

I hope I get more votes than last week Sad [:(]

    It's awful to choose, because there's another I'd like to enter...see: http://community.dcmag.co.uk/photos/hevanss_gallery/picture242678.aspx

I'd be happy to know the opinion of others on my second choice.

Thanks to everyone who played again this week. We are getting bigger every week.

Unfortunately Top Totty cannot have her photo submitted because it was taken on Friday. Top Totty, I am really sorry to do this but rules are rules and I cannot decide to let you off because it is not fair on the rest.

This week, photos must be sent to me so I can check they were actually taken on the weekend. Some are of fantastic quality and you should be very proud of yourself.

    Anyway, get voting.

    Hi Cedar,

Do you need to see al our photos or just the winners?

    Cheers

Just the winners! When all the totals are added and I know who won, I will post it up here asking the winner to email a small, original jpeg to phil@spirituk.net so I can check the properties to make sure the photograph was taken on the correct weekend.

This will not happen every week, just random.

Everybody, thanks again for your efforts. We keep this going and I may need an assistant! :)

Re: Weekend Competition: The Best Photographer in the world (29th - 1st Oct 06)

Can you please tell me why top totty was not entered into weekend comp, when other people have been entered in who also took pics on friday ,and i quote  "my camera is being borrowed today these i took yesterday.. is that alright.?".dated 30/9/06 when posted  making it the 29/9/06  it was taken on FRIDAY.Or is corruption starting in the competion by now .sorry corruption is probably to  strong a word should i say favouritism starting to creep in already.

    Cedar

How come my picture was not included in week-end comp. I noticed Daisiemaetulip took her picture on Friday the same as me, she states that her camera was being borrowed, so how come hers was allowed.
