Some great stuff here, here's one of mine just used the SUNSET option in the camera which seemed to boost the colours up somewhat taken a couple of weeks ago through my office window, and yep that is a bird in the top third.

The Photographer's Corner

I love that top one Les, great capture, with a nice balance between the sun, boats and land. Lovely shot.

 With this one I tried to take a different approach; as many of you know, macro is my favourite field of photography. So, I used the colours of the sunset as a backdrop to a silhouetted shot of a stem of grass.



I took a very similar shot a few months back.



And here are two more traditional sunset shots.

With this one, I used the dandelion seed heads to add some more effect to the pic.



And this is a silhouetted sunset.

I wouldn't call this megre in the least. It's a fantastic shot with wonderful colours and a great reflection in the pooled water on the beach.
