I have the Olympus E510 it's a great camera not too heavy and the twin lens kit is very good giving wide angle and telephoto options.

I have an Olympus E-510 and indeed it's a great camera:-

- Very sharp for kit lens range (sharper when compared to friend's Canon kit lenses - not L lenses)

- Built-in body anti-shake (lower cost when buying 3rd party Sigma lenses)

- Very light & compact, even with lens 

- Like the 2x crop factor (don't need big lenses for telephoto everything is 2x)

- Good anti-dust removal

- Liveview (with boost for low light)

- Good low light  shots till ISO800, above that still bearable (depending on size) due to the new sensor in E510

Cons - known problem slow shutter speed especially dark skies will need to be more than 4s before NR will be applied - else will suffer star like effect. To consider if taking lots of night sky shots.
