That's a cracker Boots. Says everything about life and people's attitudes to it. I hve no idea where this was taken, but I'm putting a portfolio of images together which I'm calling "The English Way" and there are one or two similar to this in it.

         Oh thanks ABERS.

                                      It was taken at a Garden Fete in one of the villages* local to us. We always go because there's a definite "Midsomer Murders" atmosphere if you know what I mean!

                                     I think the wording on the boys shirt adds another dimension to it.

Hello to Everyone... I am new here and I must admit, I have not read the previous 45 pages carefully. I was just so thrilled to find a 'street' forum that actually seems to speak 'street' photography - Thought I would simply toss up a picture and see if I could get it all to work...

Here goes - a simple shot from last week...
