Yes, have to agree, it's a cracking shot. It's a pity about the wall, but any other angle and you would have lost the reflections. Big Smile [:D]

Craig I love the shot, love the colour, the shadows, the composition, the exposure but I'm not sure about the colour of the presentation frame. I reckon a more neutral colour would compliment it better.

    Thanks for the comments all.

It doesnt have a frame. The blue border is somthing which hapens when you link to a flickr image. Its anoying but I dont think there is anyway around it.

Oh I see. Sorry. I did not realise. The border looks purple to me.

This is the Dyfi Bridge near Macynlleth taken from the Millenium foot bridge.

I was flicking through this forum (apologies to all but time is at a premium at the moment) and this stopped me in my tracks. The only issue I have with it are the white areas on the rightand above the bridge because they don't look right on my monitor. Fabulous shot otherwise though.

    After the rain:

    Hadrian's Wall

I love landscapes, especially early mornings and it there's mist so much the better.

    This was taken last Wednesday.

Lovely shot, but the sky is a bit bright imo.

Re: Landscape Photography, Discuss and Crit

I think the brightness in the sky adds to the image. It shows up the colours more and helps keep the drama in the scene.
