(Leeds shot) This is a very surreal image.. or is it just my eyes? I can't tell if I like it.. give me another hour and perhaps some info on how you created it.

Its a shot from Leeds City Centre - two layers in PS - bottom one blurred and then the top one masked out.  A bit of experimentation with PS on my part.  Hope your eyes are okay now !  - cheers - Nick

Just copy and paste the picture from your flickr. Some tiff files i think don't tend to work for some reason.
