Mark (angelfire) does I believe. Might be worth doing a search for posts by him and once thrown up send him a private message.

    Just found this one!

Yes I do indeed have one - and PM's have been sent!

Actually what I didn't say, was that I've taken over 11K shots since February - not many by JR's standards I'm sure - but catching up with my 5D (16-17K)

Still finding features and functions that I didn't know it had!

A bit slow, as I've taken 14K with the D3 from end February. Big Smile [:D]

    Good point! Big Smile [:D]

It would have been a lot more, if the weather over the last four months, had been better. Big Smile [:D]

Just out of interest OB, do these 300's come with a self timer that rattles off shots every 10 seconds - even when you are asleep? Big Smile [:D]

bloody hell, you lot are trigger happy!! had my 5D almost 6 months now and not reached 3000 shots yet!! saying that, i am hard pushed to take more than 50 shots at any given location now, only looking for the 1 keeper. It does have to be special for me to even think about setting up!! i must be a selevtive sod!!

The most I've taken in a day is about 3000. Which was for a motorsport event, where I was one of the official photographers.Smile [:)]

As I said before, my 5D is only on 15K or so - but with that I have taken best part of 1000 in a day - again at a motorsport event. Normally its only a few hundred a day.

At the end of the day, its not the quantity that always counts - but the reason for the quantity and the resulting quality.

Blimey only 5500 shots in 2 years - and I thought I shot a lot.

    Sorry - going off topic.

Hmm well i suppose motorsport is a totally different ball game to landscape. I can take my time and wait for the light to be ideal, take a few and pack up knowing I hadnt missed anything and hopefully got the shots in the bag.
