This is stunning Steve, at first I thought it was two images put together.

I decided, for some reason, that I would try and do a William Tell photo with an apple balanced on Christian's head. Have you ever tried to get a 4 year old to balance anything on his head? It was never going to happen!

    Still, I got this one...

Another one from today at the railway lines. I tried out some of D. Bracher's toning tips from DCM #72. Not quite sure I've nailed it.

    Any comments and suggestions welcome.

I've noticed during this spell of cracking weather, that the sunrises and sunsets haven't been great. Then again, we haven't had lots of deep blue skys either. You might have got a better shot about twenty minutes before the one you posted, but might have needed a longer lens. Big Smile [:D]

You have thereby declared it to be summer... Wink [;)]
Curious that the BTO/RSPB suggest that numbers of these African migrants are well down - locally we have more swallows, swifts and martins than I've seen for a few years.
