David Bracher:
Gil Ritchie:
I see you have discovered the benefit of using the Orton Effect on images like this one David - it really works well here - your original image was good - but this well applied edit works so well - may have been an idea to post both here together to demonstrate to others - what great results can be achieved with a little innovative editing - ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif)

Cheers Gil, But I didn't need to do the Orton effect on this shot...though I agree it looks like it around the windows and on the plastic sheeting. The glow is natural though some of the other toning applied has exaggerated it. Glad you like it.
Glad I was not the only one to like it.
See it has made a well deserved appearance on the front page.
Congratulations or should it be Commiserations
It can be a bit of a poison chalice - look out for the "long knives" - I am still removing some from between my shoulder blades - ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif)

Great to see such quality and innovative work getting some recognition - keep doing your own thing David - you are doing it so well - cheers Gil. ![Cool [H]](/emoticons/emotion-11.gif)
