Thanks to all for your comments my photograph was edited by zones using Levels. this is not a HDR I respect who edit the photos with this system but in the particular thing it leaves very much noise and alos in the photos.

Macro Junkie: superb mantis pic - not bad focus (eyes slightly soft while forearm is sharp) and great composition. However, can't imaging how difficult to capture such a shot! 

Nearly leapt out of my seat when opened in e-mail! :-)

Thanks..its kind of hard to tell in the small image but the larger image u can see the pixels in the eyes..very hard to get balance when im at high mag..this shot was at 2:1 life size

David Bracher  - yes its cleaning its feet..there very clean insects.cleaning there selfs a few times a day like cats:)

EyeWest  - Thanks..im very picky..i throw away alot of images.i dont add any pics  at the place you mentioned.

Epsomsalt  - i tend not to crop..i know it may sound silly but i see it as cheating.id rather frame the image right in the view finder and get the shot with out having to crop any thing..Because of this all my images are 3888x2592

i think the crop works tho:) the image looks good.
