Re: owner of the longest thread?
oh sorry lads so busy with the wedding photography forgot to check the site, yes it's wedding photography (Marty will love that )
I have joined up with the lovely Andrea, last year we covered four together and i shot a couple on my own. We exhibited at a wedding fayre a few weeks ago and i am now sifting through the contacts from the day and doing mail shots and replying to enquires. We have three booked for this year and two more strong enquires on going and do you know what i am loving it, wish i had done it years ago.
Edit: forgot to add i have a very special wedding booked for this year, a very well know name but can't say at the moment ![Smile [:)]](/emoticons/emotion-1.gif) ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif)
As well as that we are having the house extended, were going to move but couldn't find anything we liked in the area so extending was the way to go.
Don't know from day to day what room my gear will be in, last weekend when the gales were blowing we had no roof, but they are up there today putting on the tiles so if the weather changes we should be alright. Not looking forward to the knock through, the whole side of the house on all three floors is coming down, but after that we will be on the right side of it and it should be getting better every day.
So Neil what Jag did you get then, that must have been hard getting shot of the bike though

Love the new signature Marty, spot on mate.
I met Andrea on a meet we had in London a few years back, we got on really well and so it evolved, she is touring New Zealand at the moment and has left me to mind the store.
Thats a shame you can't make it, i was looking forward to meeting you in the flesh![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif)

Re: owner of the longest thread?
Sandra and Tris, where have you two been lurking, how are you both, thank you for you comments, we are building it slowly, don't want to rush it.
Tris it would give me great pleasure to shoot your ceremony, i always do a couple of free ones a year for mates, it's good practice and it if goes wrong they can't complain cos they didn't pay ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif) ![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif)
Seriously Tris PM me a date to make sure" i'm free" (spoken in a John Inman style )

Re: owner of the longest thread?
woh woh, i have been away more than i thought, you and Dave, Katie pregnant and moving and getting wed, don't know if i can take all this in![Big Smile [:D]](/emoticons/emotion-2.gif)
Well i am really pleased for you Sandra and congratulations Katie and Dave, that is a lot you got going on there, three of the most stressfull situaitions all together, so where have you moved to and when is the wedding and babe due, i need to catch up.
I would be great to get together again, been an age hasn't it, free time is a bit scarce at the moment with the build going on but i'm sure i can make time for a day out, if you have any ideas just give me a shout, i'm up for it. I'm fresh out of ideas at the moment, head is full of building stuff and weddings.

Re: owner of the longest thread?
all change ding ding!!! Woh! So much is happening, seems it's not just my life that has taken a turn! Congratulations Tris, you'll have to let us know where the wedding will take place, Barry comes from the IOW! Will you be moving there to live? And Sandra!! I knew katie was getting married but a baby, how exciting!! When is this baby due? I remember those beautiful photos you took of Katie when she wa growing Ellie-Mae, I guess Dave gets that job now. And you've got a new man, I am so happy for you, I remember his name from somewhere, is that another Ping person? Back to me sewing.......
