Hmmmm, I disappear for a while and .........................................Surprise [:O]

I've currently got the contents of a living room and three bedrooms (almost!) surrounding me as I type. What started off as Mrs M wanting new wardrobes turned to me having to lay new a new floor (small side extension to the bedroom) as the weight of the wardrobes she picked was frightening. The new floor then needed laminating. Then new skirting. Then new blinds for the window.

The bedroom now started to look a little tardy - Mrs M wanted new carpet and wallpaper. Again the floor needed changing as the gaps in the floorboards were showing through the old carpet. After that, again new skirting.

She now wants a new Kitchen - no comment................................................

i don't feel sorry for you Marty because i bet you have a boiler thats pumping lovely heat..........Wink [;)]

because we have a couple of asthma sufferes in the house i spent the most of the day with an industrial vac sucking all the crud and dust from between the joists in the new loft room as they will be putting the insulation down Tuesday and i expect they would just have put it on top of it, we now have the cleanest loft space in the lane. I am now going to open my new bottle of Jack as i think i have earnt it, and it will warm me from the inside Drinks [D]
