over the past few weeks it has gone really slow managed to complete a test tonight should be 4mb getting 296kbps , tried ringing the help desk three times tonight no answer just ringing out

lucky to be posting this at the moment !!!!!! and they charge 25p a minute to call the help desk, well that if you can get through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to say the service has gone downhill over the past year.... looking to change to another isp if this is not sorted out when i do get through to the helpdesk......
