I love that owl shot... I've seen it before as well but it doesn't lose it's appeal... He's got a fantastic expression on his face. It's almost like he's saying "Who, me?"

After taking on board your comment about the sealion shot, I went back and had another play with it... You were right, the white background wasn't right. I've credited you with the suggestion for the improvements in my gallery.

great idea for a thread froj, heres a cheetah in the late sun on the masai mara, wasnt sure about the crop but its doing well over at photosig and the're a hard bunch to please, cheers martyn

I've been lurking for a while, too scared to post any of my piccies as they are a long shot away from the standard I've seen on here, but we've all got to start somewhere so hey-ho....!

First is a fish taken at The Deep in Hull, the second is of an Orangutang taken at a zoo in Spain. 

Loads of great piccies on here - great idea for a thread.  I don't feel worthy to comment - one step at a time...!
