    Re: Forum choice RPOTD!!

Interesting to see what all the fuss was about [don't usually bother with the front page and life's too short for the time it takes to upload or view people's galleries on here - tried again yesterday but it's soooo slow]. As no-one actually asks for their picture to be chosen as POTD it's a bit unfair to blame the photographer if they get chosen. Everyone has a different opinion about what they like. Nothing to do with being 'purist' but it's nice if a picture has impact or technical brilliance or even both. Having spent lots of time on flickr recently looking at all sorts of pictures I have to say the photos linked above do look a little ordinary.

    a few mediocre pics

He wasn't banned for that. Or his spelling. He was banned for sending me inane PMs calling me a 'willy' and a 'poo poo head'. If you're going to create a joke account, at least make it funny.

Did he actually use the words 'willy' and 'poo-poo head' or were they shortened to 'wili' and 'pu-pu-hed' Big Smile [:D]Wink [;)]

Certainly has Connors. Great chap old Willy, he said in the Merchant of Venice, "truth will come to light". Wink [;)]

Mind you he said a lot of things that need some deciphering, so I expect he would be banned as well!

Can't think which part of willie or poo-poo head need deciphering.
