if pizzas came in round boxes it would be hard to stack them..

Because they are delivered flat and made up in store, and making a round box from a flat template is more complicated/time consuming/requires more steps than making a square.
Also, square boxes fit the square "keep warm" bags nicely

Quite probably that's the answer to the beard dilema. The other possibility is that he had a freak genetic condition that caused him to look clean shaven at all times. Whilst we are discussing Tarzan, why oh why did he name his chimpanzee cheeter? why not chimpanzee, or chimp? quite strange. If he had a pet cheeter would that have been called chimpanzee or chimp?
