uploading photos

I am having problems uploading photos into the comp categories. I click on add photo and fill in all the relevant details, think I must be going wrong with the file name, please could someone advise me on how to name the file.

beside the box there should be 'browse' then scout around looking for the photo you want.

Thnks for replying. I have already done this, however when I submit the photo I get a messge saying error code 188

Sorry not error 188, this is the message I get when I try to submit a photo:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
