Lurkalot, this thread's excellent, mate, thanks for putting the effort in. One question, how do I set a thread entry up so viewers can click on a photo I've added to see a full screen view? Bound to be a simple answer!!
Thanks again
Adam

Thanks Adam.
A couple of options for doing this.
1: Copy and past the intermediate pic the one that comes up when you click the small thumbnail. This will be clickable to the original like so.

Or, ( and I'll be back with this in a minute or two)

Or use code like this.

so it will be as below

Hope this helps. Nice pics by the way. ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif)

Re: Forum How to's, FAQ, and Interesting threads Please look here First
Hi
Please could you help me out. Is there anything i am doing wrong or are my photos just not worth commenting on? I have posted quite a few recently and have had quite a number of views but only ever one comment, which was a while ago! Am i set up right to receive comments? I am getting a little worried that what i submit is not very good.
Sorry if i have wasted your time.
Many thanks
Andrew

No problem, I think you need to add a permanent link to your gallery. Add one to your signature. (click your name top right of screen, next to signed in as, and add the code below to the signature box.) Then click save. Then every time you post to the forum people will see the link.
Copy and paste the code below.

Hope this helps.

Hi Gang.
Sorry to be a pain but I could do with some help.
I need to tidy up my gallery, arrange into albums and so on, but every time I try to tackle the job I "Bottle out" as I really don't have a clue where to start!
Are there any instructions anywhere or could some kind soul give me some pointers?
Cheers for now. Graham![Confused [8-)]](/emoticons/emotion-43.gif)

Graham,
It's a slow repetitive process, but worth it. I would however recommend you start by changing the layout of your gallery, from Default, to Photostack. (click the "Change how my gallery looks") button from setting in your control panel. Then follow as below.
Go to your gallery.
1: Go to control panel 2: Click Manage contents / Albums. 3: Click on new album on the R/H side. 4: Give album a name, such as wildlife for example, then put a tick in, Enable album. You might have to scroll to the right, and choose a pic to head your new album, and click save.
5: Click the Manage contents again, in control panel, then click Photos. 6: Next to the pic you want to move, click edit, and then put a tick in the box on the folder tree (bottom), and click save.
Repeat steps 5 - 6 until you have them all moved.
Create as many albums as you wish, buy doing the same above.
All comments move with your pics, so don't panic.
Hope this helps.
Mick

No problem. If those insructions work for you I'll add them to the FAQ. ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif)

I have changed my ISP which has resulted in my email address changing. How do I amend this in my profile?

Top right of page, click your name (next to signed in as). Click the email tab, and scroll to bottom. Amend your email address, and click save changes at bottom. (I think). ![Wink [;)]](/emoticons/emotion-5.gif)
