browndog:JD: I have been meaning to do this for quite a while…….. I have enjoyed your recent choices for POTD, not only have I found the majority of the front page shots inspirational but in some case a refreshing change from the normal landscape, macro and portrait we have seen in the past …..well done. ![Beer [B]](/emoticons/emotion-22.gif)
However
I found today’s choice of POTD should not have been included on the front page. A large number of the forum members view this site from work or schools where viewing any form of nudity could result in the viewer being disciplined. I would recommend that all POTD’s should be “Work Safe” to view or carry a warning.
Keep up the good work
Cheers David
Without wishing to get into a porn vs art debate, I felt that the particular image was very delicately handled by the photographer, and fell well within the boundaries of the latter.
On the other hand, and after detailed inspection of the model's face, the digital camera team has decided that we can't be absolutely sure that the model is 'of age' for publication, and while the image remains on this site we have now removed it from the front page.
Nothing like a bit of friday morning controversy
