Hello everyone,

I picked up my first copy of Digital Camera Magazine last weekend for the train-trip from here in Melbourne (where I live) to Adelaide. A good read with practical articles that even caters for enthusiastic amateurs such as myself.

I am well-placed for taking the odd photo with the beach 200 metres away and some interesting local birdlife.

I "know of" Errol Flynn.  There is an Errol Flynn group here pushing to have some .locations named after him:  beach,park etc.

Flynn left Tasmania, became famous and died well before I was born - so didn't know him!

I could've sworn I posted on here but maybe not

Born & bred in Kingston on Thames Surrey but also consider Devon to be a second home as my parents have "emigrated" to Paignton (mums family tree goes back centuries to both Devon and Cornwall) and my Father in law is Devonian (Bideford) so I'm part Devonian and would LOVE to live down there just for the scenery alone....but the finances do not allow for it at the moment but maybe in 10 years or so.....
