        Hello from Sunny Sheffy.

    Yep.i.ll be turning up,unless the rain is hammering down,which it shouldnt be.
    Looking forward to matching personalities to profiles.

    And as for me I'm just lazy and can't be bothered to carry one......:-)  I might stretch to a monopod but more likely not anything at all.......I'll borrow Harry's....LOL

    If you're bringing 2 cameras Harry then I'll borrow one of them and your tripod and that way I don't have to carry anything...you can just pass me a camera when I want to take a pic...LOL...Sorry.....    :-)

    We're taking a 'quick' detour to Derby on the way, so might not get there before 11 ish, perhaps 11:30 so we'll catch up with everyone wherever you are.

    Never been to Notts though, so it could be interesting trying to find people when I don't even know what they look like! Is anyone willing to PM me their mobile number so I can find out where you all are when we arrive? (I'm happy to give people my number if needed, although I'm not sure what use it'll be).

    Good thinking Sharon, but you will have to carry it. The camera in question will be the EOS-1Ds Mark III with the Sigma 200-500mm f/2.8 EX DG attached.

        Hello from fed up Sheffy.

    Due to an unusualy high absence rate at work(nhs) probably due to the sun shining on the weekend,i have to work tomorrow,8 hours stuck in the Hospital of Doom,i,d much rather be put pressing the shutter,but,i am expected to respond when asked.
    Hope you all enjoy the day and meeting each other.
