I know what you mean mate.
When I lived in London I went to see Harrow Borough from the Ryman league play every weekend.
Went religiously for like 3 years.
Saw them win twice.

But they used to let us go on the pitch at half time and play.

Brilliant chips there too....

Well, I must admit, I feel like a grumpy git sometimes too, and only 26, and yes, sometimes the 'younger' generations can be irritating...but YOU WERE ALL YOUNG ONCE TOO and I bet you were all just as irritating to the older generation back then too, just in different ways. So, I say give them a break...I don't see them in this forum whinging about all you old farts...in fact, I see them here on this forum trying to learn something from you. I think they deserve some kind of credit for that at least.
