    show off. :) That's ace.

There's been so many pics posted I can't remember who posted what but there's some amazing shots.

The cheetah is fantastic, I like the closeup of the rhino's head too.

I'll post some more of mine later on while I'm uploading my competition photo.
    cheers

A couple from me... hope you like.

    Kitty (too close up!!)

    Kitty (too close up!!)

To put this into context this was taken in Victoria Falls Zimbabwe last year whilst on safari holiday. We (the Mrs and I) were privileged to be allowed to walk with these two 1 year old lionesse cubs whilst they where excercised one morning. The sanctuary we visited takes in orphaned cubs and sick lions and other big cats. Those that can are returned to the wild , whilst those that can't are used as a visitor attraction (of sorts) to raise funds to continue the work. We paid $200 for a 3 hour visit.

Kitty and Kat, and their handler

Remember these are still wild animals, what is not evident in these frames are the two gentlemen with very big loaded guns !!!

Martyn: I've forgotten the exact sub-species, but its one of the larger waterbucks.

049: Iove the lion images, great to see that the lions can act as ambassadors to raise awareness and funds; I wish we could take our wolves out 'free' like that and not on (chain) collar/leash - but regulations demand otherwise...

Some great shots posted. Big Smile [:D]

Swan - Must rest my tired feet!

i love this reflection but it needs to have the same amount of space top and bottom in my opinion, to me the swan sits to high in the frame which is not so easy to view..

Superb shot, and taken at a great angle showing a perfect profile of its face including both eyes.
