First postings here  so i thought i would show these juvenile starlings  having a right fight over the bird feeders.

They kept me amused for quite a while and gave me plenty of panning practise.

Martyn: I've forgotten the exact sub-species, but its one of the larger waterbucks.

cheers i took a similar animal and didnt have a clue what it was called,i will post it sometime, heres a pic of a leopard at samburu finishing off its monkey supper, it was half hidden in bushes so i couldnt get a clean shot. cheers martyn

These robins had nested in the garage on a shelf, and for lunch mumbring them a spider!! but it gets stuck on juniors face! Lol, and the chick just sits there, so mum decides to take it off and gave it to a larger chick. Not the best of pics as there was an old cloth that she built the nest on and couldnt get that out of the frame.

#2 is one of the chicks after they left the nest.
