Nice Great Dane portrait. Always good to see a sharp photo from a Minolta 7i - something that was difficult with mine! Great osprey capture. Always enjoy looking at this thread.

We met this dog at the lock gates yesterday.

Then off to photograph the latest dogs in the kennels waiting to be re-homed

few shots from my trip to london zoo yesterday. i took over 700 shots in about 6 hours. ended up with about 100 half decent ones!

Here are two of my dogs taken in the local park, the old dog is Tac she's 13 years old though you'd never know it the way she runs, the pup is Hermie and she is 5 month's

Thanks sue, I'm sure Hermie and Tac enjoyed all the extra attention, it was great fun and quite a challenge, I used the D300 focus tracking for the first time and was impressed by its speed.

Hehe it was on one of our cabbages down the allotment, never seen one before and it was the only one. Its a Dasychira pudibunda from my research which is some sort of moth.
