Getting 5 minutes warning from my girlfriend to say shes coming over.

Rampantly running around grabbing plates and such to make it look like I'm not a slob Big Smile [:D]

*giggles*, glad I'm not the only one that does that!

    Re: What annoyed you today?

A friend of mine loves to tell the story about when he went to visit his girlfriend. Trying to be the helpful boyfriend, he noticed that a light in the kitchen was out. When he opened the under-sink cupboard to get a spare bulb, he was confronted by a pile of washing up... (They're married now)

See - its not just us blokes that can be slobs.

Err hang on, there's nothing here that annoyed me....

Reminds me of a workmate, who had just brought a new house, and whilst he was on nights allowed his girlfriend to say the night. When he got back next morning the sink was full of dirty crocks she didn't wash-up. It turns out her parents did everything for her at home, and her father even polished her shoes, before she went out in the morning. Surprise [:O]

What annoyed me this last few days - people using Dreamweaver when they have no idea what it is doing, and then wondering why things don't work.

People should take time to learn HTML etc before running wild with WYSWYG editors. Even worse are the teaching establishments who teach people using WYSWYG editors with out the fundimentals of what they are doing.

    Rant Over!!!

I thought dreamweaver was okay for making our portfolios for ICT back in the GCSE days...

Easy way to resolve all the girlfriend problems. Marry them, trust me, a wedding ring causes a cataclysmic personality change.

For the better though for the better (ducking looking over shoulder)Angel [A]

    Dreamweaver?

We were the last year that were taught the oldfashioned way. I was given a big ol' text book, told to open up notepad, and to hammer away Big Smile [:D]

Good bit of fun though. Only to hear the next year that the people below us were now using dreamweaver and flash!!!! Oh well, I enjoyed it, and I got top marks in ICT at the end of it.

WAMT! MY INCOMPETENCE! Just recieved my package from the flash centre. Opened it all up, couple boxes inside, its all there! the nano stand gets set up, grab the brolly thing, attatch that with the lil bits. Look in the box, theres a hotshoe thing, so I put that on the umbrella thing. Back to the box, 3 more items, (gaffer tape, free gels...lots and lots of free gels and the triggers) So I jump on the triggers, Really nice bag for them inside, open up and pull them out. Plug it all in and go to grab my speedlight and camera. Only to realise that I dont actually have the right blinking adaptor to plug it into the speedlight!

Anyone know what one I need?
