I was in Broad Street, Birmingham city centre, taking photos of buildings and people, when I was approached by a Asian lad. He said he was security and I couldn't take pictures in Broad Street. I told him he was talking rubbish as it was a public place. He then said if I didn't stop he would call the police, and I told him to do so, and I would be just down the road taking pictures. He didn't have any security cloths on, but even if he did, I would have ignored him.
In fact I past a lot of police with the camera in clear view and they didn't say anything. I could have understood it more if I'd taken pictures of him and his mates, but even then I would have stood my ground. One wonders where they get this information from. ![Angry [:@]](/emoticons/emotion-12.gif)
