You can open all your RAW files in Camera Raw and then save all the files. In the dialog boxes you get the chance to choose file types etc. Not sure if you need or if there is a batch process option for something that is already there but in a different place.

I'm sure any web sites with Bridge tutorials will have stuff on this as its a massive part of the workflow
