    shooting panorama with Ball Head

    Hey Guys !

How you shoot panoramas with Ball Head ?

Is it harder than shooting with 3 way head ?

I think it must be because it looks unstable.

Hi Priit, With the abilities built into the newer panorama softwares, and a steady hand, you can take very effective panoramas hand held. Try it before you spend on a ball head. Roger

You can get a ballhead which has two locking options, one locks the unstable part, whilst the second lock the panning part. Using a spirit level on camera allows you to set-up the top part until it's level, then just use the bottom part for panning. Example shown below and costs about £60.Big Smile [:D]
