Just came back from Santorini a week ago and got some shots in my gallery.  Oia, Thera and Imerovigili are where I want to go when I finally pop my clogs.  It's a photographer's heaven.  I took over three hundred images in a week and could have very easily trebbled this if I was on my own.  Well done.

Santorini is the photographer's heaven, but I would say it isn't the best place to find the Greek spirit.

I thin that might have something to do with all them cruise ships!

When it comes to popping my clogs, Aegina is the place for me.  Not as much of a photographer's dream, but it has a spirit that is hard to capture.

A beautiful composition that makes great use of simple shapes and restricted colour palate. Makes me want to visit Santorini.

If you can visit Santorini then I would, I can't recommend it enough.  It is a photographer's heaven and more so if you like Greece.

It is an island more for tourists than the local Greek mind, so it can lack in feeling at times if you get my drift.
