Helm Crag

Helm Crag

The Lake District in all its cloudy glory! This is a shot taken from near Easdale Tarn, looking across at Helm Crag in the fore. Behind is the Helvellyn ridge, Seat Sandal and Fairfield. I liked the heavy skies and the way the breaks in the clouds created interesting shadows, which I thought served to emphasise the contours of the land. Thanks for looking. Baz
