Edvard Munch meets Trainspotting. Wouldn't look out of place in a art gallery this one. Full of modern angst. Like this direction, less pretty more darkness. I'd give you an A* for your GCSE.

This is really cool Andrew!! I think you have got a great expression out of your brother, I also like the b&w conversion as colour can sometimes distract. Well done! Zuzana

Yep, you've caught that expression that a lot of us can get out of our brothers...lol! Nice sense of drama Andrew. That unidirectional lighting is ideal and the grittiness just adds to it. A stunning image. Well done, Steve.

Love the light and the dark in this very psychotic shot. Definitely an arty shot and well worth an A+, you must be her favourite pupil with all the stunning work that you submit! Cheers JO

I'm no expert on Portraits Andrew, but this has a lot of impact and I can imagine it hanging in a gallery somewhere. Well done. Phil

Brilliant piece of work Andrew, you should be proud of this one alright. Perfectly lit and superbly captured, a great sense of release in the tension, really grabs the attention. Congrats to you and your brother for creating this shot, I'd like to see the drawing too! Regards Paul

Brilliant shot, good lighting and expression...there seems to be a lot of angst in your gallery...must be the teenage years:-)
I like the way the background lighting seems to follow the flow of the head outline...not sure how you did that. Maybe just dodge and burn, but it works well.
