Many thanks for the kind comments Steve, much appreciated. Scrumpo's fate is a bit of a mystery, as when I went back a couple of days later it had completely disappeared! Guess it either sank without trace or sailed off over the horizon - I think my money's on the sinking! Kind regards, Anna

Well done, Anna, well captured and composed - the saturation, as Steve had said is perfect for the shot - RB

What an unusual name for a boat! I love this shot Anna. Great ominous clouds at the back creating the atmosphere. Was this after all the storms? Very well seen and caught. You've got a live link now which should bring a lot more visitors hopefully to your great gallery. Best wishes, Steve.

Fantastic capture Anna, the selective colouring really helps to bring the boat to 'life'. Zuzana

Gavin, Bob, Steve, Willy and Zuzana - many thanks for taking the time to look and comment - it always makes my day and I really appreciate it. Kind regards, Anna P.S. Update on the fate of Scrumpo - I was at Bosham again yesterday and realised the water wasn't deep enough for it to have sunk without trace, so it must've been rescued!

reminds me a bit of the boat in Jaws which was attacked by the big shark and eventually sank. Poor Scrumpo - i feel so sorry for the old boat but at least its last days were captured in such a lobely shot - regards - Nick

A very sad scene Anna but superbly captured and presented. I love the tones and dark sky to add to the atmosphere. I hope it was rescued to see many more days at sea.

Hurrah for Scrumpo (if indeed she was saved, at least by the shallow water) and good on you for capturing it so well.
