Another corker from the Ghost Town, Sharon. I regret not going there now! I love the shadows in the house and then the lovely soft hues of the view from the window. Great stuff - keep them coming! Cheers Jo

Thanks very much Wayne, I think it's a place you could easily do justice to! Jo, you sure you want to see more?! If you don't get up there soon you won't be able to get into some of the houses for sand! It's probably filling up as I type! I have to say, I really enjoyed exploring this place and could easily spend more time there, the light really plays a bit part even though it was mostly interiors.

Love the light and shadows in this one....not one of the workers houses I presume by those windows, but makes you wonder who lived there and where they are now. Great shot ! Rgds, Tina.

Thanks Tina, you presumed right! this shot was actually taken from inside the hospital. You're right it does make you wonder, it's very a surreal, yet desolate place.

Very thoughtful composition with a great balance of elements. The quality of light's superb and the shot's got bags of atmosphere. Marcus

I feel inclined to comment on this one also - I love how you've captured every tiny detail in the shot - the furthest, dustiest plant is just as clear as the marks on the walls, and the shadows are laden with detail. It helps illustrate that despite its abandonment, so many remnants of the past remain. -JD

This is so good it almost makes me want to race out and buy a D3 right now (sadly, the finances might not allow that however). Fantastic detail Sharon. Congrats on MPOTD. Cheers, Andrew.
