Thanks very much for your really kind comments. I work one day a week in london now, in the City, and I've started taking my camera with me, taking pictures during lunch hour or journey. I'm suprised how little notice Londoners take of people when you take their picture. The 50mm standard is really compact, sharp and wide aperture, so it seems the ideal lens for this sort of shot. This was taken outside the Bank of England.
