A really attractive still life that'd do well in an image library. The drop of juice underneath the slice adds interest and demonstrates how juicy the lemon is.

Thanks Guys, appreciate the comments and nicely surprised at the MPOTD. This is actually a white grapefruit - I did do a lemon version which can be seen here - http://www.flickr.com/photos/kristin_moat/2414288856/ but I preferred the clean texture of the grapefruit flesh
