Mantis Nymph just moulted, when they moult they are so fragile and look like glass, to the naked eye you can nearly see straight through them. So with this pic I have tried my best to capture that exact look, im not sure I have as I honestly find it very hard to get correct. Shooting data for this is Nikon d200 + Sigma 150mm Macro F11 iso 100 1/250th and a studio strobe in a softbox at 1/8th power, manual focus / metering and fired with cable release and mirror up.
