Stunning! I have recently met a storm chaser in SW France where I live and have become interested in photographing lightning. My friends website is www.kitao.tk if you would like to see some of his work! This is a 5 star shot, I am really impressed.

Thankyou to all of you for your supportive & encouraging comments. I appreciate each & every one of them (apart from the one from U R WANKER, but what would he/she know? - Obviously nothing).

Just to clarify, in case you were wondering - this IS a real photo. I have not manipulated it in any way, other than to clean up the noise and adjust the saturation and contrast.
