Great conversion here Gil! I really like the textures here in the foreground.The composition leads the eye all the way through the shot and you have achieved what you were going for! Thank you for the kind comments , I have missed the journey through here.

Sometimes I feel mono conversions loose the feel of the image with landscapes but with this shot it gives the shot an extra element of the textures and detail. A great shot Gil. Rgds Alan.

I have to agree with Alan, that normally i am not keen on landscapes in mono but this one really works well.  The white sand is what makes this work!  Well seen - cheers JO
