This reminds me of a Genesis album cover "wind and Wuthering". Looks a very bleak place Gil. Nice bit of offcentre composition. Rgds Alan

Superb shot Gil, this one really is full of atmosphere and depth ,with that very moody slate grey sky and the baron landscape with just the singular tree for company as the storm moves closer, brilliant shot .regards Steve

Gil i agree with Alan and Steve re the moodiness and the barren landscape and the composition, the only niggle though, is that you should have showed a bit more of the poles or used your magic wand and made them go away, just my humble opinion but it halts my eye from moving into the shot. But other than that - i think its great - cheers Jo

Nicely done Gil, Im not sure if stuart and jo right, the first thing I saw in the shot was the tree followed by the woods and then the hill in the background... It just goes to show, we all look at things differently.. Anyway its a great shot.. Well done, Take care Mark
