I love this picture.  Where was it taken

This is but one of many fine beaches in and around the small picturesque town of Carvoiero in the Algarve, Portugal.
My "Roller Coaster" photo was taken at the main town beach and I nearly lost my camera in the process of capturing that shot. A great area for photography - picturesque and superb light.

Love the Sea in this, although it looks like it was about to swallow you up, and the golden glistening sand fo th beach. nice picture.

You really caught the waves well. Now will you stop taking so many excellent photos, I want to go have a cup of tea but cant drag myself away :-)

Brilliant Gil.........yet again!  I lve the feeling of being right inside/part of this shot.  As sean said the glistening sand adds great atmosphere, I can feel the heat and hear the noise!
