Thanks for the comments OldBoy - very much appreciated.  As for the still waters, I just come across them!  I was lucky with this one, because it's actually the sea, and this was a 30 second exposure (which is why the clouds are a bit fuzzy - they were obviously moving).  Thankfully the sea didn't move at all during the 30 seconds!
