I said early on that the winner would be red and a macro...and I think you've got a winner here.

Brilliant composition. This is a really nice photo well taken & well worth top marks!.

Well, it was red and I did use a macro lens, and it did seem to win, but only by the skin of the tomato - ste jones' egg fiction nearly stole the crown.

realy nice still life photo, the colors stand out, you can almost smell it.

I just gotta say whilst I'm in your gallery, that I love your tomato :) its so well lit, that it allways strikes me (when i see it as your avatar), as looking like a dutch still life oil painting...if you know what i mean :)
