About JCJ's Gallery

I was born in Madrid (Spain) in 1978, I am mining engineer, I have been taking photos since 2002 when I bought my first digital camera, a Nikon Coolpix. In 2004 I bought a Minolta A200, I starting to consider more seriously this hobby with this camera which I think is a good step before jumping to the Reflex World. All I have learned about photography have been in a autodidact way with the trial and error principle, reading books and seeing photos of other people, for this reason I like this forum, I can show and share my work with others and to learn from them.

In January 2007 I bought my first SLR, Nikon D-80 with a Nikon 18-200 VR. I hope I could make the most of my new toy.

"THERE ARE NO RULES TO TAKE GOOD PHOTOGRAPHS, SIMPLY THERE ARE GOOD PHOTOGRAPHS"

I think this sentence defines the way i think about photography, there is no way to teach how to take good photographies, It is a matter of taste with some of skill.
