Very nice...I think I would do a curve adjustment (drop the curve down in the middle a tad bit) to bring out the color in the stones, but it is a good shot...lined up well too...

Hi Joni, it sounds like you are bit like me - i.e learning the PS way!  I think this is another lovely shot and its very sharp but what I'd be tempted to do is 'strighten' the clock tower so that it is not leaning back out of the picture.  I use PS elements and the tool is under Image / transform (I think!) That said you may prefer it leaning back and if thats the case that's fine - after all its your image!
