Vic Falls

Okay, you have probably figured it out - i am playing around with b&w. Found this old photo from 2006 and thought it might look quite dramatic in B&w - any suggestions or comments?

Thanks for all the comments guys - i have to admit i battle to convert a shot to mono - especially landscapes - my natural instinct is normally to go colour - strangely enough dont have that problem with portraits.  Cheers Jo

And it is, Jo. Great work. Love the silhouettes. Is it me - or does the black almost create the falls into the shape of Africa? Ok - I said almost and I am sober! lol. Cheers, Col.

Wow; i would love to visit the falls one day, but i'm realistic to say it probably will not happen, and just seeing images as good as this, well, this is a special photo, one to be proud of, works in mono, steve.

Thank you MWNN & Steve.  Steve, when they have finally got rid of that dictator, then make a point of visiting that country - it is beautiful and they will need all the help they can get.  Cheers
