An experiment in colour to b/w conversion.  Not overly happy with this one, as I still imagine a tinge of magenta in the sky.  I like the image better than the colour version though as it has a more grainy feel to it.

I couldnt move the ladder, Ron.  It was fixed.  This image was a trial run for converting b/w from colour - I'm still not convinced its the best route for B/W.  But there you go.  Thanks for your comment.
