A lovely crisp mono. and well composed. The juxtaposition of the "ancient and modern" lights is interesting.

Sorry Linda. 'Jimmy the Prawn' is the skipper of one of the Fraserburgh fishing boats featured in the BBC documentry Trawlermen.

I am a big fan of mono photos in general, and in particular I love this one.  The composition is also very interesting. I like the perspective and surreal impression that it conveys.  We could easily be looking a miniaturised scene of a boat harbouring. Genial shot Linda!….Cheers, Steph.

Superb conversion, perfect material for mono IMHO. The tonal range from black through to white gives this shot real atmosphere.
