I have never seen this type of orchid Mandy, it really looks as if a bee is at the centre. Fabulous image and beautifully presented. Zuzana

Thank you Mark, Zuzana, Bob, Hoberty and Janet for the comments. I came across this unusal little plant growing wild, I think I was very lucky to have spotted it as it was the only one I saw. Went back to the spot a few days later and it was passed it's best so I'm really glad that I had photographed it when I did. I was unsure of it's name so searched the net for more info on it. Glad you like it. Best wishes Mandy.
