Thanks Linda and Wayne. It was a bit of a rigged shot. I had walked around the lake with my landscape 12-24mm when I disturbed the Heron and he flew back to part of the lake I had just walked past. So I swapped to my 70-200mm lens and backtracted, as I knew when I got behind where he was he would fly back to where he was. So, all I had to do then was take the shot.
